Hi, my name is Jannell Eason.  I am the owner of Nikki’s Chocolates WNY, LLC.  A women owned minority dessert catering company located in Buffalo, NY.  Specializing in chocolates, cakes, cookies, and dessert tables.  I am a wife and mother of four. After spending 12 years in a corporate management position, I decided to open a business that allowed me to tap into my creative side. 

Baking has always been something I have enjoyed since I was a small child. Having children of my own with food allergies created a need to find ways to transform family recipes to fit dietary needs. Creating new fun treats became a hobby I enjoyed for years. The pursuit of happiness is why Nikki’s Chocolates WNY was formed.  Although I was successful in my management career, it limited my creative mind.  Becoming an entrepreneur provided the opportunity for me to do something I love. 

I now create beautiful desserts that not only look good, but they also taste great! What makes my business unique is the ability to take your ideas and customize them to fit your theme and dietary needs. You can choose elegant designs without sacrificing taste. My goal is to provide excellent customer service while offering a variety of quality desserts that are perfect for individuals or large groups. You can expect to taste the love in every handmade creation.
